Manage Network Groups

You can add, view, edit, delete, and manage all network groups.


1.  Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Asset Management.


The Asset Management page is displayed.



2.  Click Add Network Group.


The Add Network Group dialog is displayed.


3.  Enter/ select the required values in the respective fields.  Refer to the table below for field names and field descriptions.


Note:  All fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.


Field

Description

Network Group

Name of the network group.

Scan Host IP

IP address of the host to be scanned within a network

Subnet Type

Category of the subnet to which the IP address in the network belongs based on shared features

IP Range 

Subnets

Specific subnet address defining the range of IP addresses in the network

Place

Physical location of the subnet

Public IP

IP

Public IP address of the network group.

ISP

Refers to the unique internet service provider number of the network group.


4.  Click Save.


The success notification is displayed.



5.  To manage a group name, click Manage Group Name.



The Group Management dialog is displayed.



6.  Click the  icon in the row of the desired group to update the group name.  After making the necessary changes, click the  icon to save the update.

  1. To delete a network group, click the  icon in the row of the group you wish to delete and confirm your action.


A success notification for your action will be displayed.
