Remote Connect

The Remote Connect section allows you to view all the systems associated with your IT environment which simplifies the task of remote connect.


Note:  In order to remotely connect to a machine and manage it, it must not only be in active state but also must be up and running.


1.  Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Remote Connect.


The Remote Connect page is displayed.


 


Here, you can view all the system names, host IP addresses, and asset groups within your network.  You can view the Remote Connect data that is available for only the Company Admin, Company Enduser, and Support Agent.  Additionally, the individual active status of each system is displayed.
