The AIOps Reports provide detailed insights into network devices, performance, and traffic monitoring. The reports are divided into three main sections: Inventory, Catalyst, and Meraki


Inventory

The Inventory tab displays a complete list of connected devices with detailed information.
It includes fields such as:

  • Device name, IP, and MAC address

  • Status and version

  • Device type, model, and description

  • Serial number, latitude, and longitude

You can also filter devices by business unit for focused visibility.


Catalyst

The Catalyst tab provides performance and usage metrics for network devices.
It includes:

  • Top hosts by CPU and memory usage

  • Severity logs to highlight critical and warning events

  • Device utilization charts for routers and switches

  • Real-time CPU and memory usage monitoring

  • Port details including interface, status, traffic, and network speed


Meraki

The Meraki tab focuses on traffic and endpoint monitoring.
It includes:

  • Inbound and outbound traffic dashboards with visual breakdowns

  • Endpoint traffic details showing device name, IP, MAC, inbound/outbound traffic, VLAN, and switch port

  • WAN bandwidth usage trends

  • Uplink status with details on interface, IPs, DNS, and link health

  • Jitter and latency charts for network stability analysis

  • Event logs for routers and switches with severity, category, and timestamp
