The Adhoc Reports feature allows to create, configure, and manage custom monitoring reports. These reports help track resource usage, availability, and performance based on defined thresholds.
The Adhoc Reports dashboard displays:
Report Type – Select from various report categories such as AIOps CPU Usage, AIOps Down/Up, AIOps Memory Usage, Asset CPU Usage, Asset Disk Usage, and more
Monitoring Type – Choose between Monitoring or Non-Monitoring
Threshold – Define thresholds (e.g., percentage or value) for triggering reports
Report By – Choose how to receive reports (Download or Email)
Report Choices – Options for scheduling reports, such as Daily or Random
User Groups – Assign reports to specific groups for collaboration
Action Controls – Download, edit, or delete reports
Configure Reports
To configure a new Adhoc Report:
Click on Configure
Select the Report Type (e.g., AIOps CPU Usage, Asset Down, etc.)
Choose the Monitoring Type (Monitoring or Non-Monitoring)
Enter a Threshold value for the selected metric
Select Report By (Email or Download)
Assign User Groups if required
Choose Report Choices such as Daily or Random scheduling
Save the configuration
Once configured, the report appears in the Adhoc Report list with options to download, edit, or delete.
