Database Alerts

The Database Alerts feature allows to monitor critical database performance metrics and error conditions. Alerts can be configured to proactively detect issues with database usage, performance, or failures.


To configure database alerts:

Settings → Configuration → Alert → Asset Alert


Click on Add New Alert.

Select Alert Type

  • In the Alert Type dropdown, choose one of the supported database alert


Assign Groups

  • User Group: Select the user group who should receive the alert.

  • Device Group: Choose the device group to which the alert applies.

  • External User (optional): Add external users to be notified.


Configure Severity

Under Severity Type, set the alert level such as:

  • Warning

  • Critical
  • Acknowledge


Set Email Notification (Optional)

  • Enable Send Email if you want alert notifications to be sent via email.


Save the Alert

  • After filling in the required fields, click Save to activate the database alert.
