Manage Service Alerts

You can create and manage service alerts for multiple services. 


1.  Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Alerts > Service Alerts.

The Service Alerts page is displayed.


2.  To add a new service alert, click Add New Alert.


The Add New Service Alert dialog is displayed.

Note:  All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.


3.  Enter/ select the required values in the respective fields.  Refer to the table below for fields and their descriptions.

Field

Description

Name 


Name of the service alert

Frequency


Frequency at which the alert can be repeated.

Service List


All the services, this alert is applicable to.

User Group


Name of the user group to be notified when the alert is triggered. 

Device Group


Device group to which this alert is intended for.

External User


Email address of any external user who needs to be notified about the alert. 

Status


Indicates whether or not this alert is enabled.


4.  Click Save.


The new service alert is created.


5. To add External Users to the service alerts, click on add external users


6. Click save. the new external user is created
