How to Add an Extended User for Alerts?

You can add an external user in the alert section to assign them to manage alerts and ensure they receive important notifications for timely communication.


Note:  The following example illustrates how to add an extended user for the Alert Settings section.  You can follow similar steps to add extended users for other alerts.


1.  Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Alert.


The Alert settings page is displayed.



2.  Click Add Extended users.


The Manage External users dialog is displayed.


3.  Enter the email address of the user in the Email field.  Note that this field is mandatory.

4.  Click Save.


The extended user is successfully added.
