Asset Map

The Asset Map page shows the comprehensive view of the organization’s assets, helping you to understand the interdependencies, locations, and configurations of different resources.

1. Navigate to IT Management > Asset Status > Asset Map.

The Asset Map page is displayed.

The description of fields is given below:

Field	Description
No.	Serial Number of the asset.
INF	Allows you to access additional options like Metric Log, DB KPI, Remote Connect and Move to History. It also shows the details like Host Name, Private IP, Public IP, Status and OS of the device.
Date	Shows the date and time stamps at which the trigger was created.
Severity	Shows the severity of the trigger. Some of the severity stages are Information, Average, Critical, and Warning.
Host Name	Shows the name of the host machine.
Description	Shows the description about the status of the device.
Assigned	Shows the email ID of the person to whom this is assigned to.
Hours	Shows the number of hours
Status	Shows the status of the trigger. Generally it is either Problem or Resolved.
