How to Ignore/Retain/Repair Monitoring?

You can ignore or retain or repair an asset monitoring. 

1.  Navigate to IT Management > Asset Status > Asset Map.


Click on the filter and search and it will show various asset status. Select Failed Machines as an example.

Able to pepair all failed machines for select any particular machine..



As an Alternate, you can select any particular machine from the Asset Map.


The Asset Map page is displayed.



2.  Click the button in the INF column of any record. 

A popup window is displayed.



3.  To ignore an asset monitoring, click Ignore Monitoring.  


The selected asset monitoring is ignored. 


Note:  An ignored asset can be retained for monitoring and a failed asset can be repaired for monitoring. To retain or repair monitoring, you need to provide additional domain controller credentials.


4.  To retain or repair monitoring, click the respective option.


The Domain Controller Credential dialog is displayed.

 


5.  Enter the registered user email address of the domain controller in the System User Name field.

6.  Enter the password in the System Password field.

7.  Click Save.


Based on the option selected, the asset will be repaired or retained for monitoring.
