How to Reset Your Password if Forgotten?

You can regain access to your Ceburu account by initiating a password reset if you have forgotten your password.

1.  Navigate to the Ceburu portal using the link - https://portal.ceburu.com/login

The Ceburu Sign in page is displayed. 

2.  Click Forgot password.

The Forgot Password dialog is displayed.

3.  Enter the email ID registered in the Ceburu portal.

4  Click Reset Password.

The message informing you to check your email to reset the password is displayed.

1.  Navigate to your registered email’s Inbox and open the mail from Ceburu.

2.  Copy the password.

3.  Now back in the Sign In page, enter the email address and paste the copied password. Click Sign In.

The Ceburu dashboard is displayed and you are prompted to change the password.

4.  Enter the new password in the New Password field and then reenter it to confirm in the Confirm Password field.

Note that a strong password will have:

• a minimum of 7 characters

• at least 1 number

• at least 1 uppercase letter

• at least 1 lowercase letter

• at least 1 special character like !, @, #, $, %, ^, etc

5.  Click Change Password.

The new password is set and you can re-login with the new password.
