The Catalyst Triggers is an essential tool for real-time network monitoring, issue detection, and incident management related to Catalyst devices. It helps to  proactively manage network infrastructure by logging and categorizing various events that may impact network performance, security, or system stability. This section provides a structured way to track, assign, and resolve network-related issues efficiently.

When a user clicks on any component in the Catalyst Triggers table, the Threshold Notification Management appears, providing detailed information about the selected issue. This allows administrators to review key details, including the created date, issue description, and affected device. Additionally, it enables users to assign the issue to a team member via the "Taken By" dropdown, estimate the time required for resolution, and add comments for tracking progress. Users can mark the issue as Acknowledged or Closed before submitting updates.
