The Service Map section lets you visualize the relationships and data flow between services, databases, and other system components.
1. Navigate to AI Monitoring > AI APM > Service Map.
The Service Map Assessment page is displayed.
The Service Map Assessment page displays the following widgets:
Application
Service Table
Expensive Transactions
Service Map
Service Map Dependencies Map
Application
The Application widget displays a tabular representation of basic details of the applications being monitored with the Application Name and Type.
Services
The Services widget displays services linked to the applications and their type.
Expensive Transactions
The Expensive Transactions widget displays a table with the summary of transactions that consume the most resources, including the transaction details such as unique IDs, timestamps, service names, and durations.
Service Map
The Service Map widget allows you to visualize the interaction of different services and components in an application.
The following image illustrates multiple services interacting with various components.
When you select a specific application from the Application dropdown list, the map shows that particular application’s interaction with the network of interrelated services.
Service Dependencies Map
The Service Dependencies Map lets you visualize the relationships and data flow between various services, databases, and other system components. Note that this map displays all service dependencies, indicating that it does not filter to isolate the selected application's dependencies. Instead, it shows the entire network of interrelated services.
