How to Set a Trigger as Acknowledged/Completed?

Once the trigger has been acknowledged or completed, you can designate it accordingly. 


1.  Navigate to IT Management > Alarms/Triggers > Triggers.


The Triggers page is displayed.



2. Check the select box in the row of the trigger you wish to mark as Completed or Acknowledged.


The Actions dropdown list is enabled.



3. Click Actions


The Actions dropdown list is displayed.



4. Select the required option from the dropdown list.  The available options are CompletedAcknowledge, and Move To History


The Confirmation dialog is displayed.



5. Click Yes, Confirm.


The Successfully acknowledged notification is displayed.
