Manage SNMP Alarm

You can create and manage SNMP alarms for multiple SNMPs. 


1.  Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Alarms > SNMP Alarms.


The SNMP Alarms page is displayed.



2.  To add a new SNMP alarm, click Add New Alarm.


The Add New SNMP Alarm dialog is displayed.



Note:  All the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.


3.  Enter/ select the required values in the respective fields.  Refer to the table below for fields and their descriptions.



Field

Description

Name 


Name of the SNMP alarm

Frequency


Frequency at which the alarm can be repeated.

SNMP List


All the SNMPs, this alarm is applicable to.

User Group


Name of the user group to be notified when the alarm is triggered. 

Device Group


Device group to which this alarm is intended for.

External User


Email address of any external user who needs to be notified about the alarm. 

Status


Indicates whether or not this alarm is enabled.



4.  Click Save.


The new SNMP alarm is created.
