Asset Monitoring Overview

The Asset Monitoring page allows you to assess critical parameters such as host names and IP addresses. You can gain insights into resource utilization, including memory and disk percentage metrics, providing real-time status updates for enhanced operational awareness.


It has the following tabs: 

  • Monitoring - Shows the list of all assets that are currently being monitored.

  • Non Monitoring - Shows the list of all assets that are not currently being monitored.

  • Installing - Shows the list of all assets that are currently being installed.

  • Ignored - Shows the list of all assets that are currently being ignored.

  • Printers - Shows the list of all printers.

  • Cameras - Shows the list of all cameras.

  • Routers - Shows the list of all routers.


1.  Navigate to IT Management > Asset Monitoring.


The Asset Monitoring page is displayed.



The description of fields is given below:


Field

Description

No.

Serial Number of the asset.

INF

Allows you to access additional options like Metric Log, DB KPI, Remote Connect and Move to History. It also shows the details like Host Name, Private IP, Public IP, Status and OS of the device.

Host Name

Shows the name of the host machine.

Private IP

Shows the private IP address of the asset.

Public IP

Shows the public IP address of the asset.

Mac

Shows the MAC address of the asset.

Up/Down

Shows whether the system is up or down.

Up Since

Shows the time in year, month, day, and hours, since the asset is up and running. 

CPU

Shows the percentage of CPU usage.

Memory

Shows the percentage of memory usage.

Disk

Shows the percentage of disk usage.

Status

Shows the status of monitoring agents.
